Reports Due!

How'd you do this week? I did okay. I went to the beach on Saturday, and keeping a very active four-year-old from killing himself was a serious workout. Then, Tuesday and Thursday I walked for about 35-40 minutes, up and down the hills near our house. Afterwards, I added a little weight. We have a machine that's a knock-off of the Tota1 Gym that Chuck N0rris sells, so I worked on my arms. Because Heaven knows that's probably the most out of shape spot. Tell me how you did!

  1. It was a visiting teaching week... I got taught and we got all four of our peeps done, yeah!
On top of that I worked on cleaning out clothes, so I've been washing everthing in sight, having kids try things on, packing things up, but mostly going up and down my stairs A LOT! I can feel that it has been working on my legs, and my arms with whatever I'm carrying. And though I didn't actually get on the treadmill, I did experience some fatigue this week. I have been trying to watch my food portions more, but this week I forgot to eat ,and more importantly, drink sometimes. It's always sooo busy towards the end of the school year! So, I'm carrying a water bottle around with me now, and planning on how to excercise this summer with the kids home. That's about it except that I would really like to start loosing some lb's soon. Bill's little brother is getting married in August, and it would be nice not to be So Round! I still plan on walking the 5K in October, so getting to the point where I can DO that needs to be a priority!

  2. Way to go, Jessica! Yes, stairs count, especially while carrying stuff! We've got five weeks of school left, so I haven't thought much about summer yet.

  4. Yes, we get a fair amount of days off during the year. I don't think we start a lot later, usually the day after labor day. It makes summer seem so short, though! June 19 is A.J.'s last day.
